The very first week
I think I have lost my direction.
Why the world keep telling me the truth that I hate most.
I hope I'm a tree which standing high up on a hill.
These few days, I can't even sleep without my pillow.
I'm getting mad!!
What I need is time...
One the first day, I went out for lunch with Shannon. Before that, I met a Myanmar girl who work in 'etc', The Curve. Although she has English barrier, her friendliness lead us to chat. Apart from that, she also made me a cup of Espresso.
When I asked whether her family members were affected by cyclone nargis. She quickly answered 'no' with a smile. I felt so glad.
No matter how! I still prefer my hometown friends.
On Wednesday, I met up with Siew Din and Huang at Mid Valley. After graduated from secondary school, everyone have separated and study in different places. So, it is very hard for us to meet up.
how come life in KL is so miserable...

Lunch with Kiat.
Aiming my targets. A straight direction.
Game haven't start, but we look so tired!
When we were back to our Scout garden...
After hearing the annual Scout AGM, we went for tea and bowling!
My favourite cake from Prima bakery.

Wesak 2008
To me and my family, it is a day for us to pray at Buddhist temple and join the activities there.
In Taiping, there are two famous Buddhist temples. One is more to Thailand style while the other was following the modern Chinese style.
This day, some of the Indian Buddhist community will gather at there too.
On Wesak eve, we went to the Thailand style temple.
At there, we gave some donations to the temple and also to the victims in Sichuan, china and Myanmar.
When talk about the earthquake happened in Sichuan, my eyes will turn red. But, nothing much I can do for them accept give some donations and pray for them.
The special things we did on Wesak day was carry and lift up the Buddha statue. I will make a wish in front of the Buddha. If I'm able to lift up the statue means my dream will come true. Luckily, I was successful.
Besides that, there is a machine, where you make wishes and put in 50 cent and fortune paper according to the number you get. After that, there is a person to explain it for you.
Last but not least, the Monk will help you to tie a lucky string.
Happy Wesak to all my friends.

Maxing out my holiday weekend I
A great and wonderful holiday trip to Cameron Highlands with my family and relatives. This is my third time been there.
Monday (19 May) is Wesak day, my sister has a continuous three days of off days.
Without thinking much, my dad planned to spent our holiday in Cameron.
Although it's a public holiday, we had no worries on booking an apartment.
My father was a staff from TM Malaysia. As a result, we managed to stay in TM company owned Pangsapuri.
At there, I have non-stop eating my favourite deep fried mushrooms and sweet corns.
A morning breakfast with my family members.
Hot lemon with cheese naan and tandoori chicken.

A continuous morning activities
After that, I took my breakfast with Fung and Howard. Long time never eat 'ham-chim-peng' (deep fried flour kuih)! It's so delicious.
I will get scold by my dad if he found out I ate 'ham-chim-peng'. To him, the food is very unhealthy.
After breakfast, we went to bowling! My favourite game.
In future, I'm planning to build a single bowling track at home.
These few days in Taiping, the weather is very hot. Can't sleep properly.
Ais Kacang with 'atap chi' helped to reduce my thirs.
Belum try belum tau, lepas try hari hari mao!

Jog for my life
Since small, my dad had trained me to jog. He always said jogging is the best exercise. It involve the movement of your whole body.
Recently, I have watched a Hong Kong series named A Journey called Life. In the series, the main actor was a marathon jogger. He said our life is similar to a long run marathon. Sometimes, we can run fast and slow down when you're tired.
Today I have been jogged for twice.
One is in morning with Ting Fung and another one in evening with Chong Ki and Chong Yee. Now, I can feel the ache in my leg mussel.
Although I have jogged for several time in this holiday, their speed are still better than mine. Ting Fung was like 'chicken little'.
In evening, that was a tremendous long run with Chong Ki they all. The whole distance was more than 3km. However, I'm still able to make it.
As I said, they always faster than me.
Look at this photo, they were sitting at the begin point for more than 5mins to wait for my return.
Three of us plan to join a marathon in the coming July.
Die! Am I able to train up myself in one month time.
Back to the earthquake happened in Sichuan, China.
More and more people died. However, many countries start to donate money, foods and even send a number of arm force to assist the rescue teams.
The natural disaster happened in Myanmar and Sichuan make me realised that many things are not important anymore.
Your new bag are not important!
Your new car are not important!
Your new hair style are not important anymore!
A drop of water are tastier than your Sushi King!
-God bless-

I have a lot of things to say, but...
Before this happened in China, I never know that earthquake is so scary.
When I watched the live situation in Sichuan, China. My tears was keep dropping and I couldn't control myself. It's hard to imagine if this happen in our country.
I really sad for the earthquake happened in China, also the shortage of rice problem and cyclone happened in Myanmar.
All these make me learnt to appreciate my life and everything I have especially my parents, friends and family members.
since morning until now, I have been following the latest reports about the situation in China through Astro channel 323 and 334.
China's prime minister Wen Jia Bao was a good leader. After the incident happened, he never stop from surveying the situation and give instruction.
Besides, he also helped to carry out a victim under the debris of a collapsed building.
He make me respect him and I will pray for China.
As usual, morning I went to jogging.
Took lunch with Boon Kiat. I ate my favourite 'cha-siu' rice. After that, tea time at Jom Bali, Tesco.
At night, I went out for supper with Chong Yee and Chong Ki.
I never eat much, because they ordered clam. CY's favourite dish. I don't like it.
The clam is full with blood. disgusting!
Look! Both of them non-stop eating. [hungry ghosts]

Ipoh day trip
My holiday still not ended yet. This day, me, Kiat and Hee went to Ipoh to meet our friend from national service, Teresa and also Hee's schoolmates.
Me and Hee met Teresa once in two years ago. Now, we get a chance to meet again. She is very friendly and we still able to get close with each other. We ate lunch together and play bowling. Can't imagine she was able to play with all guys.
Indeed, it was a wonderful day trip.
